  • The provision of interim executives has become a significant part of the Esox service delivery.

Full retained searches

  • Each assignment starts with a clean sheet, regardless of the quality of the existing bank of job-seeking executives.
  • The client's technical and managerial requirements are evaluated.
  • Detailed market research is carried out.
  • A target executive set is compiled.
  • Executives are contacted, then structured and technical interviewing of the most appropriate executives is carried out.
  • Shortlist documents with summaries and findings on executives are submitted.

Contingent fee mandates

  • If very rapid action is required, or if a full search is deemed inappropriate, we are happy to work on a contingent fee basis.
  • We tend to handle interim or less senior appointments in this way.

Speed of service

  • For UK retained searches - no more than five weeks from initiation to shortlist presentation. This commitment extends to executing treasurer-level assignments.
  • For interim assignments - shortlists compiled within two working days but may be complete within a matter of hours.
